Our cakes are made according to traditional recipes from quality ingredients and with no artificial substitutes. Our cocoa powder is really Dutch, our butter cream is made from real butter and our preserves contain real fruit. With our cakes, there will never be any leftovers at your party! We keep working on new recipes so do not be afraid to ask about your favorite cake base or a cream.
As for the coating, we use a fondant from two producers – a mild almond flavor from Satin Ice and delicate vanilla flavor from Wonder. Each fondant has different characteristics therefore we chose fondants according to what the given cake requires.
The main rule that applies is - the earlier the better.
For wedding cakes, you can reserve a date even 6 months ahead. We will then contact you again about 3 - 4 weeks before the agreed date and re-confirm the date.
The best time to order the other cakes is about 3 – 4 weeks before you need the cake.
However if there is an available date in our calendar, we can make a cake even within one week of receiving the order. If you would like to place an order or ask any questions you might have, please contact us via the email address in the Contact section.
The main factor in the final price is the size of the cake and the amount of hours spent shaping its final form. We do not use any templates or stencils for our cakes, (they are all created by hand just like a sculpture.)
For examples of cakes and prices, see the Prices section in the Menu.
And quite obviously, we lend our own custom made cake stands as part of any cake order.
All cakes for 2500 CZK and above are delivered for free within the city of Prague.
The delivery price outside of Prague is determined individually.
Whenever possible, we prefer our own transportation due to the fragile nature of our cakes. Cakes for 2500 CZK and below are usually quite easily transported. Customers may pick their cakes in Prague 10 or order a delivery within Prague for 100 – 150 CZK.
